Dave Spriggs

Hi, I'm Dave Spriggs — a psychologist, pastor, husband, and dad living in North Carolina. Julie and I have been married since 1996 and have two adult daughters.

I've worked in the mental health field since 1994 and have practiced as a licensed psychologist since completing my Psy.D. in 2001. My clinical focus includes Christian counseling, couples therapy, and serving military veterans. I'm a member of the North Carolina Psychological Association.

Faith is central to my life. I serve as a pastor at Kernersville Wesleyan Church in Kernersville, North Carolina, providing pastoral care to the congregation.

When I'm not working, I enjoy the outdoors — riding my bicycle, walking, and spending time with my three dogs. I'm an avid reader; favorites include Michael Connelly, Henri Nouwen, James Lee Burke, Victor Hugo, and J.R.R. Tolkien. I also love jazz — Chet Baker, Stan Getz, Miles Davis, and Diana Krall are among my favorites, along with the Beatles.
